Sergey Gavrilets has published Social Influence and the Logic of Collective Action (Princeton University Press). The book explores how social influence shapes norms, beliefs, and cooperation, and presents a quantitative framework for understanding collective action and social change across diverse human societies.
Mariam Thalos has published Reasoning in the Wild: The Public Works of Reason (Routledge). The book explores reasoning as a fundamentally social process, shaped by public discourse, shared understanding, and human communication rather than existing solely as an abstract logical system.
Alex Bentley and Michael J. O’Brien have published Collaborators through Time (Bloomsbury). Spanning two million years, the book examines how humans partnered with nature, technology, and each other to shape their world, from evolutionary origins and ancient innovations to the rise of artificial intelligence.
