Center for the Dynamics of Social Complexity
We bring together researchers, students, and international collaborators to study how societies adapt and change in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.
The Center for the Dynamics of Social Complexity (DySoC) focuses on computational study of the evolution of knowledge, innovation and society. Our members and affiliates use methods of computational social science, cultural evolution, social psychology, anthropology, artificial intelligence and information science. We bring together researchers, students, and international collaborators to explore the frontiers of computational social science, cultural evolution, and the dynamics of scientific change.
DySoC is a center for global dialogue, bringing together leading experts to explore the intersection of AI, communication, and society. Our thought-provoking webinar series features speakers from top institutions who discuss how cultural evolution informs current challenges and opportunities.
